Great location, very rundown

Liked: Location was amazing. Front desk staff were nice. Parking was easy (but expensive). Shower was ok, bed was big and comfy!
Disliked: Way too hot, cannot control air con from room. Hard to sleep due to heat. Very outdated, needs a refurb in the hotel, lobby and lobby bar and restaurant were nice but guest rooms were very outdated and rundown. Definitely not 4 star quality.

Liked: Perfectly located close to the Part-Dieu train station and within walking distance from the center. A nice restaurant at the hotel that we went to for lunch and dinner a couple of times.The beds were big and comfortable.There is a small swimming pool if you want to take a quick dip. Overall a good stay.
Disliked: There was an issue with room cleaning when the room was not cleaned until late afternoon and we had to refuse afterwards because we needed to stay in the room. On our last day, a lady at the breakfast restaurant chased me quite intensely to ask for our room number and an extra breakfast mysteriously appeared on our invoice after that, although breakfast was included in our room rate. The problem was resolved at checkout. There were no vegetables whatsoever for breakfast.I would also recommend a proper changing room with a lock for the pool and fitness area.

Liked: Definetively the breakfast!!! Simply delicious, abundant and for every taste.Beds were very comfortable and rooms very quiet.Location really optimal
Disliked: Swimming pool: very small and water too cold. Only one shower for everyone. But the real problem was the fact that there was no control, so some people came in with shoes and left dirty traces everywhere where we were supposed to go bare foot.
