Disliked: Very rude treatment of the staff.... Paying more than 200 euros per night,suppose to be a 4 start hotel, unable to have the kindness to make beds in the afternoon and bring full clean towels

Liked: Location. Comfortable beds. Good shower.
Disliked: Tired Mercure compared to other Mercure hotels. The separate toilet to the shower room remains a bizarre set up with no sink to wash your hands, and this one was tiny so your knees touched the door when you sat down!! Paper cups and rubbish tea selection in the morning not conducive to a good cup of tea to start the day.
