Great location, very friendly and...

Liked: We did not have breakfast
Disliked: The restaurant was not as roomy as we would like. It was not bad!!! It was only a little less roomy.

excellent

Liked: kind and nice staff, available to satisfy any request I greatly appreciated the initiative 'no clean the room and money goes to the initiative for pediatric cardio surgery' nice position, the centre reachable by foot in 5min, train station by foot in 10min
Disliked: red is the predominant color in the room, I would have preferred a more relaxing colour (blue, green)

Convenient car park which has...

Liked: Having travelled internationlly and stayed at Mercure hotels previously, I was surprised that the room was small and that the rooms need rennovation,
Disliked: Rooms were small, and tired in appearance.

Liked: It is a perfect hotel for staying, very helpful reception, very clean and comfortable room.
Disliked: from street side it was too much noise, I cannot sleep with open window

We only stayed one night,...

Liked: The room was big and spacious. The first room had a nice view.
Disliked: The first room we were offered had no air conditioning. We had to change our room. The second one had air conditioning. So we left to go for supper and whe we came back, air conditioning was off again. We had to beg them to put it back on. Terrible hairdryer for room 417.
