Liked: Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious.
Disliked: Not room Services. Facilities were closed or in a state of refurb. Lifts not working with no warning. No mini fridge. Not even a bottle of water was provided.

Poor

Liked: The front desk personnel were nice and helpful. They explained the way to the icerink and called a cab on our departure.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off almost five times during the first night of our stay: no comments, explanations, or excuses from the hotel. Two machines out of five were not working in the tiny, stuffy fitness centre. The room was not properly cleaned. There was hair and dust on the floor.

Liked: Room was very comfy - clean and good shower. Comfy beds and a good nights sleep
Disliked: Spa facilities not pleasant - The toilet in the women’s spa area stank the whole of my stay. Sauna was mildly warm and would not heat up, they did offer a price reduction when I notified the receptionist but it was disappointing nonetheless. Also the pool is only a small jacuzzi pool and is directly overlooked by the bar area.
