Disliked: Noise sound of drilling in levels 1 , 2, and 3. There is much noise , it is not comfortable They should write it clearly before booking , or in your website (booking) If they told me at least before I put my luggage in side room definitely I will not stay in the hotel, also by the way the is no concierge staff , or any body help in carry the luggage My impression is not good, and evaluation for the hotel is bad ,I don't recommend anybody

A Frustrating Experience

Disliked: This was our third time at this hotel but on this occasion, our stay at Mercure Dijon was far from relaxing.After an exhausting day driving, we got to our room to rest but from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM, a dog in a nearby room barked continuously, disrupting the entire floor. We reported the issue to reception twice in person and once on the phone, but no action was taken to resolve the problem.The staff lacked of any type of initiative or problem solving skills to tackle unexpected issues. It was only then we realized that the hotel allows guests to leave their dogs unattended in rooms—a policy that clearly impacts other guests' comfort. If you're planning a stopover for a restful night, I’d advise looking elsewhere. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and improve their response to guest concerns.
