Liked: The staff are wonderful. We had some noise issues from a nearby cabaret but they resolved that very nicely. The buffet breakfast is outa this world!
Disliked: The nearby cabaret which operates on Friday and Saturday nights goes late/early and is noisy. The Mercure owners are working to resolve this and we were very impressed with their resolve.

Liked: Good staff and clean rooms. The breakfast overall was good, though for some it might be not enough options to choose from. Good location near the train station.
Disliked: No ventilation or air conditioning in the room. You can try to request a portable conditioner, but to be fair it should be available in all rooms from the start. I was sleeping with the window open but the street gets very noisy early in the morning. Very small elevator that fits 2 person or it gets too intimate.
