Liked: The room decoration is amazing, i liked the hitted floor at bathroom, the size of the room, the hotel 's location

Gorgeous hotel in excellent location

Liked: Gorgeous property and generous sized room for Amsterdam. The location was perfect, the parking nearby was easy to arrange, and the staff kindly let us use the loading bay to get our baby and luggage out of the car.
Disliked: The only downside is their only restaurant (and room service) is vegan

Liked: On walking into the Hotel Mercier it was like a big warm hug. We travelled in December and it was cold. The reception we received was the best hospitality we experienced in Europe - she was extremely professional and super nice.The hotel location is great being situated on the edge of the trendy suburb of Jordaan. Easy walk into the city through the picturesque canals. Great cafes and restaurants nearby with a tram just up on the main road..

Beautiful hotel but ask for...

Liked: The staff amazing, the common area super nice and welcoming and top location
Disliked: I booked a luxury room and was disappointed. The room is in a separate building with no window but a glass door to the external corridor so everybody can look inside of the room. The room is also dark . Lighting is not great
