I would like to stay...

Liked: I think that Hotel Mercader is great. The reception is welcoming and helpful. I really miss them. I was planning to continue my stay at Mercader but there was no room available. It was a pitty for me. I hope that I can stay there in the future. They were so nice and as I flash back to my stay at this hotel, I feel so pleased

Liked: It had a room available on a fully booked night in Madrid
Disliked: We got put in smoking floor and we are non smokers, room smelt of smoke

Disliked: The room had no ventilation of air. It was very hot. When i asked for air conditioning they told that in October they don’t provide, nor the fan. They asked me to open k windows, it was very noisy outside when I opened the windows and I couldn’t slept all the night. The beds had wheels below which kept beds moving. Very poor accommodation according to a 4 star hotel.

A Good Hotel Meeting My...

Liked: Check in / check out was easy. Staff were all friendly and efficient.Room was well appointed, clean and comfortable.Plenty of parking.Nice breakfast.
Disliked: When selecting the Hotel, the website stated, the restaurant would be open during my visit. It seemed, that this is not the case. The restaurant only appears to be used for breakfast.All was not lost though, because, food (mainly pizzas) could be ordered in. This was accomplished, with the help of the reception staff. The food, arriving very quickly.
