Liked: Lovely breakfast with lots of variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent
Disliked: Most things were good…spacious suite but no view from window. Shower head was broken. A lot of noise from builders next door during the night!

Amazing location, amazing staff

Liked: The location was amazing, the metro station is 2 mins away. There is a convenience store right across the street. Restaurants are very close. The staff was amazing! I asked about the transportation and they handed me a transportation card ready to be charged and used.

3 night stay. Double room,...

Liked: Very convenient location for main sights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed very very comfortable, room had everything for our needs, booked a quiet room away from the street and the staff obliged. Would definitely stay again if in Madrid.

Definitely recommended!

Liked: The hotel is a beautiful, well-maintained building (make sure to check out the staircase). Great location, right around the corner from the Opera and the Royal Palace. Friendly and polite staff with lots of useful advice. We'll stay here again next time we're in Madrid.
Disliked: It's evident in the photos and the room description, the bedroom itself is on the smaller side, so maybe not the best option for a couple.
