Liked: Love the look of the hotel. The staff was excellent.
Disliked: The amount of time it took our server to bring out the food and refill our coffees on the rooftop dining. We were compted breakfast for our stay. The food was really good. But because we chose to sit outside, it was cool that morning so nothing stayed warm for long.

Melbourne streets stunk like sewer...

Liked: Location, the beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: The room's esthetics were terrible. The ceiling was bare concrete, which we were told was intentional. If so, it should have been finished concrete. There were leftover drywall mud smears, paint, and what appeared to be blood stain marks. I felt like we were in a parking garage. Additionally there was a light fixture hanging out of the ceiling in the shower. This was fixed right away by maintenance.
