Great place to stay to...

Liked: Great location in historic old town, easy walk to lots of bars, restaurants, the main tourist sites and public transport. Very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

Disliked: Single room has a very tiny bed. I’m 1,80 m tall and I would say the mattress was about same size maximum. Very loud in the morning as well.

Friendly hotel in excellent central...

Liked: Location was excellent. Within easy walking distance of the sights of the old town and the plaza de ayuntamiento and just a few hundred yards from the Xativa metro station with connections to the airport . The room was comfortable and clean , shower worked well . Breakfast was simple but fresh - plenty of fruit, breads, cheeses and cold meats . The staff were without exception pleasant and helpful the whole time - putting up with our faltering Spanish and then speaking good English if required.
Disliked: It’s a small simple hotel so it doesn’t have a restaurant or any kind of spa/ pool etc but we knew that in advance so didn’t expect that. There is a kettle provided in the room to make tea/ coffee but at least in our room there wasn’t a convenient plug for it and so we had to use one next to the bed or in the bathroom. Some reviews have complained about noise from neighbouring rooms - we stayed during the fallas so there was a lot of noise outside the room in the street but again we expected that . On the nights we stayed after the fallas had ended we didn’t hear noise from the street or from other rooms.

Liked: Location is good. Very close to everything. Metro station only a few minutes walk. The breakfast has a good variety and tasty.
Disliked: Room is a bit small. Lift is a bit slow.
