Liked: Good location close to the main railway station. Nice room, very clean and a good breakfast. Had a fridge and kettle.
Disliked: Bathroom and lifts are very compact. Struggled to get 2 people with not much luggage in the lift.

Liked: Location was great, the staff were fantastic, it was clean and the room was really big! Super easy to get to the train station/metro to go anywhere!
Disliked: No air con at this time of year and the room was really hot!

Liked: Hotel was really clean. Whilst basic it offered good value for money, really well located only a few minutes walk from the metro and central train stations or on a good weather day like we experienced only a 30 minute casual stroll to Duomo square. All staff were pleasant and attentive. Hotel could do with some sound proofing as can hear those in the room above but was only minor and not really disruptive.A note is the lift is very small in the hotel so if you’re in a group and have large cases multiple lift trips would be needed or take the stairs.
