Great location, reasonable price, wonderful...

Liked: I've been staying here for years, usually when I'm travelling in or out of Madrid on trains. It's always the same great service., and so close to Atocha station. They gave me my room right away. They aren't big rooms, but they have everything I need and all well laid out and comfortable. The staff are always there to assist and answer questions. Strong WIFI, good desk setup, lots of shelves and hangers, usually a balcony, which is nice to have, and a very comfortable double bed. Plus it's reasonable compared to what other hotels in Madrid are now charging. It's just a great place all around.
Disliked: You can usually hear some noise from the nearby rooms, or people in the hallways, but I'm used to it by now and it never lasts very late.

Liked: Very close to the train station making for ease of arriving and moving on to other destinations. The neighborhood was located in a commercial area with lots of eateries, small shops. Close to local transportation (metro and bus).
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of
