Liked: I didn't eat the breakfast. It didn't look all that great.
Disliked: The television was very difficult to navigate. It was difficult to get my news channel live. It kept sending me to pre-recorded segments of older shows. Fox news did not seem to be a news channel they wanted to carry. That's what I watch in the evening. Very frustrating.

Liked: Front desk staff is always so nice and helpful. Although I had an issue with the heater in my room not getting fixed, they were so nice and understanding with my trouble.
Disliked: The heater in my room was broken, and maintenance never came to fix it. I stayed for 3 nights and was freezing the entire stay. I also had a spa room and the wine glasses on the tub had not been washed from the previous guests before me. They were very sticky.

Liked: The staff was very nice. The room for the most part was clean. The beds our nice. The location is great for us. Loved the massage chairs in the lobby. The yogurt and fruit for breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: The hot tub has a terrible scum line on it. And my daughter stayed there a couple weeks ago and it was the same. We had to have staff let us in the pool area, because door wasn't working. Our couch in room 507 has stains all over it. The wifi is terrible couldn't get to watch anything on TV. The breakfast was not kept full with stuff. When we came down one day at 9:00 there was nothing hot left that wasn't dried up and gross.
