Liked: The 2 bars and food available onsite so we didn't have to get out in the fog and winery mix.
Disliked: Old, outdated room. From carpet to tub and shower surround. Staff wasn't friendly at all.

Liked: The breakfast was awesome! Those folks deserve a raise!
Disliked: Pool area was sooooo cold! Rooms really need updating. The locker room shower curtain was torn and falling off the pole. Funky smell in there also.

Ok but not great

Liked: Overall it was ok. The restaurant on site is nice to have.
Disliked: They over charged me. I requested a top floor room but they put us bottom floor in a wing with the view of a wall and dumpster. There is no reception in the building. Several of the pool ceiling tiles were missing.

Liked: The location, the workout room
Disliked: The hotel is looking very tired. The elevators are in need of a remake...carpets are worn, new paint is needed.

Liked: We enjoyed the pool. That’s about it!
Disliked: We got there around 8:30 pm. There was no food to order! I went to the bar to order 3 Pizzas close to their closing hours and I was told “ they were out “ of the 3 different pizzas I asked about! So we ordered dominos and my 4 year old grandson didn’t eat until 10pm! The coffee was hours old! There were nails all over the front entrance! I was charged a “hotel stay fee” which was refunded when I complained! Oh and the power went out in the entire hotel and we didn’t know where the emergency exits were! Just an extremely disappointing stay! Went to Dunkin’ Donuts 4 times for coffee ! My sheets were torn! Bathtub was stained as was the vanity! Just old and needs updating in a bad way!
