Disliked: Our room was facing to a very noisy street, hard to sleep. Bar and cafe were closing at 11pm, hard to fond anything to eat for late check in.

Bad customer experience

Liked: The hotel was clean.
Disliked: The reception staff were quite stressed and as a result unhelpful and rude at first. The whole check in experience seemed inefficient and disorganised on the part of Hilton and other people in the queue seemed to have other issues checking in. The staff weren't professional and only when pushed did the manager help on the proviso we weren't a priority because of the queue. The room was underwhelming for the price, especially in comparison to similar rooms we stayed in during our visit. Extras were needlessly charged for - like water in the room which was free everywhere else we went. Even the WiFi was painful to get onto as you needed to provide personal data to access. We wouldn't recommend staying here. It's annoying we had to open a Hilton account to get a room in the end and now have unwelcome emails from their marketing database.

Liked: The staff working at the hotel were super friendly and welcoming, assisting with everything we needed help with. The hotel was super cozy. Nice breakfast with fresh fruits and juices. Easy parking outside the hotel.
Disliked: There were long lines for the breakfast every morning. They also forgot to clean our room multiple times and when we asked them why they didn't clean it, they couldn't answer why.
