Restaurant staff are excellent

Liked: Very good service.
Disliked: They should vary the breakfast.

Decent stay, but not worth...

Liked: The layout of the hotel.
Disliked: I got the room for 3 people, like it advertised, only for it to sleep 2 people.

Hotel MDR was nice but...

Liked: The property was great and clean the pool was nice and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: There was food left in the refrigerator from the previous guests and the towels were stained. There was no screen on the window and at one point during the night we heard someone knocking on our window. When it came time to leave we were charged twice for our deposit and for our parking.

Superb

Liked: The room was clean and had all the amenities for our short stay in LA. Location is close to Venice, Santa Monica, shopping centers, LAX and all major highways to explore more of LA.Starbucks coffe and the warm cookies are always a plus when staying at a double tree!! Bonus was including a towel for our baby, which was great as most hotels typically always forget.Would stay here again. The pros definitely outway the little cons!
Disliked: The bar/pool music could be heard from our room until 11.30pm - midnight. Had to call reception to turn it down so we could sleep. Cost of parking ($28 + tax per day).
