Disliked: I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at Hotel MDM City Centre in Warsaw. While the hotel itself may offer comfortable accommodation, the lack of customer care and unjust treatment during and after my stay has left a lasting negative impression.Following my departure, I was informed that my card had been charged an additional 350 PLN for a broken mirror in the room (number 415) that I occupied. This came as a complete shock to me, as neither I nor my family damaged the mirror—or any other property—during our stay. Despite voicing our concerns and assuring the hotel that we would have reported any such incident ourselves, the hotel failed to provide sufficient evidence beyond a photo of the damage, which does not conclusively point to any wrongdoing on our part.Moreover, when I questioned the possibility of the damage being caused by housekeeping staff or another factor beyond my control, I was met with indifference. The hotel's response only reiterated their certainty about charging my card, without taking my claims into serious consideration or providing before-and-after photos to support their accusations. This dismissive attitude reflects a lack of respect for guests and their honesty.To future guests, I strongly advise taking precautionary measures to avoid facing similar issues. I recommend creating video or photographic documentation while entering and leaving your room, as it seems the hotel may otherwise hold you accountable for damages that you are not responsible for. Without such precautions, you may find yourself unfairly charged for items or damage that you had no part in.Hotel MDM City Centre should reevaluate its customer service policies and adopt practices that prioritize fairness and transparency. As paying guests, we expect not only comfortable lodging but also ethical treatment and proper investigation into disputes.

Liked: The room was very lovely and exceeded my expectations for its comfort, providing a little office nook with a desk where to work and a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect. And I loved the breakfast each morning which had different styles catering to people all over the world!
