Do not stay at Hotel...

Liked: The front desk ladies and gentlemen were absolutely wonderful. They tried to help us with our concerns of the physical hotel and also recommended great places for us to go and to dine. Can't say enough nice about them
Disliked: I don't know where to start. The hotel was nothing like what we saw on the website. The atrium was closed, the dining room was closed, there was nowhere to even get a cup of coffee in the morning. Morning. I'm pitiful little machine that spit out warm water is what they called a coffee maker in your room. Since the main part of the hotel, the fountain and atrium was under construction. It was also covered on the second floor with a filthy dirty tarp. From check-in where we noticed that there was mold on the frame of our door, the lock was broken, the next morning we had no hot water. I tried to talk to the general manager and ask for some kind of a refund in his comment was that's not going to happen. They also asked me for 350 dollar deposit for incidentals. What incidentals? There's no mini bar, there's no restaurant. What exactly what am I going to spend money on. And to make matters worse, the gentle manager avoided speaking to me for the entire rest of the trip. He was supposed to call me. No he was supposed to meet me. No, he was always in a meeting or out of the building. This was such a disappointment as we were celebrating my husband's 60th birthday and it couldn't have been worse from a hotel perspective. At least New Orleans lived up to its reputation and we had fun outside of the hotel. Do not stay here

Disliked: Everything. The room was damp the whole time and smelled like mold. Very loud.so many other things.

Nice hotel

Liked: Enjoyed the location and the courtyard. Was nice getting coupons for the bar around the corner for half-price drinks. The rooms are very elegantly decorated and the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Wish there was a restaurant that would be nice. The wine bar didn’t serve any appetizers that was quite disappointing.
