Good location, no elevator for...

Liked: Beware! Certain rooms don’t have elevator access. We had to carry everything up the stairs and we had more luggage than normal since we were going on a long cruise. There was not porter, just a nice girl at late night checkin and we weren’t going to make her carry our bags. The daytime attendant said it was because we booked a certain room type and acted like it was our fault. This was not a disclaimer at the time we booked but hopefully they add it. The shower oscillated from hot to cold. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the location was ideal. For the price, we will be staying somewhere else next time.

The place is beautiful inside!...

Liked: The place was absolutely beautiful inside with marble floors and a beautiful bathroom!! I was like oh wow!!!! it was located right near Bourbon Street and closed everything.
Disliked: I would’ve given it a 10 rating except for the fact that unfortunately they need to get some professional cleaning for their air-conditioning ducts. Cleaning the filters is not enough to keep unfortunately the smell of mold or mildew in the room. I requested they spray and I noticed on the reviews. Other people have commented about this also… sad because the place is gorgeous!!!

I would stay here again.

Liked: Location was perfect, one block off Bourbon Street. Close to the action, but quiet enough to sleep. William at the front desk was AWESOME!

Great hotel in good location...

Liked: Hotel Mazarin was in a fabulous location. Beds were very very comfortable!
Disliked: Fire alarm went off multiple times during the night secondary to ‘moisture’??!!At night the noise from Bourbon Street was quite loud. I’d should have asked for a room that was farther away from Bourbon Street.

Disliked: I enjoyed sitting in the courtyard late at night, until a rat scurried across.
