Charming Hotel in the French...

Liked: Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mazarin during Mardi Gras season! Very friendly and helpful staff; excellent hospitality and price value. Prime location in the French Quarter, close to Bourbon St and easy walking distance to well-known bars, cafes, the riverwalk, etc. My room was spacious, clean, and very charming; inner courtyard location, so there was little to no noise from the neighbourhood celebrations. The hotel does offer a parking option across the street for $50/day (deducted from the incidentals charge), convenient but pricey, so I opted to park a few blocks away for half the cost. Would definitely recommend this place and I hope to stay again next time I’m in New Orleans.

Nola visit

Liked: Our room had strong mildew odor that the staff did nothing to correcy. Also we had upgraded our stayfor a courtyard view but there was a pernament canvas tarp over the courtyard blocking any view. We were upset about our "tarp view" & when we complained the hotel manager did not seem to care about that or the foul odors.
