Liked: The location was close to Milan Linate Airport, which was very good. The shower was very good. The room was clean.
Disliked: The hotel was a little old-fashioned and quirky. Bed a bit too hard.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed every interaction when speaking with them.
Disliked: The noise in the room was a little disruptive. It may have been the noise of water, plumbing, toilet flushing or shower. It was very loud at night time and early morning. The tea/coffee facilities are not in the room. Early morning or late evening hot water is best to have in the room as the downstairs tea area was closed at a certain time, or the receptionist was busy with check in duties. This was not their fault. I would suggest a kettle in the room and two cups as an option.

Very quiet and clean!

Liked: The room was clean and cosy. Bed is comfortable. Hotel is on a very quiet street, we didn't hear any sound from the outside! Breakfast was small but good. In general, everything was perfect for 3 stars.

Disliked: Don’t expect a very fancy hotel. But it does offer good value for money
