Disliked: I was very unliky with my room neighbour next door.. They talked so loudly until 2am, and the wall are thinner than a cigarette paper...

Great stay - would stay...

Liked: Friendly staff, so accommodating. Offered to store bags in day of departure and let me have access to the room early as I arrived at 11 from my flight. This was hugely appreciated. Spotlessly clean, good blackout curtains and comfy bed. Powerful shower too!
Disliked: View wasn’t special but I didn’t pay a lot so didn’t mind at all!

Excellent location and great food.

Liked: The food was great and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: Everything was great no complaints.

Exceptional hotel just steps away...

Liked: An exceptional 4 star hotel just steps away from Madrid’s Gran Via. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable & spotlessly clean.This was without doubt the best breakfast spread I have ever seen.The hotel staff were all very friendly & helpful.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Good hotel

Liked: The room is clean . The location of hotel perfect. Employees of hotel is helpful. Classic hotel actually.
Disliked: You have to service at least 1 bottle of water free in the room.

Nice but expensive with rubbish...

Liked: Lovely hotel and room but pillows are poor for a 4*, had the same in a camping pod in Ciudad Real. High price and didn’t include breakfast.
