Pleasant stay in a friendly...

Liked: Location was perfect for exploring the city. All the staff were very polite and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean and the gifts that were left in our room by the hotel management were a nice surprising treat.
Disliked: The sound proofing in the rooms isn’t great. We could hear next door getting up at 6.30am along with their conversations nearly every morning.

Disliked: Room freezing on arrival, heating not turned on.Shower drain clogged. Water overflows on the floor making a mess.Asked for an iron, not available in the hotel. Only laundry service! For a 4 star hotel...No dim lights for the evening, bright white light..not comfy at all..

Disliked: The soundproofing is not very good, you can hear your neighbors, there was no shampoo or hand cream, only one product for washing your head and body
