Liked: Location to airport. Close to 2 of the nicest parks in Madrid. Options for shopping in Plenilunio or Campo De Naciones. Shuttle bus service and staff excellent. 12:00 check out time better than standard (11:00).
Disliked: Outdated. Stayed in 217. Amenities for guests are poor. Small pre packed bag with tiny paper coffee cups to use. At minimum a kettle should be in every room.

Liked: The li action staff and room were excellent- good dinner and great to have the shuttle . Front desk called us a taxi and it arrived within minutes
Disliked: I was a little disappointed that house keeping threw away a glass bottle I was saving that I had rinsed out and was on the desk

Liked: Close to the metro station. Supermarket and a few restaurants handy. Free airport shuttle. Standard airport hotel.
Disliked: Open plan bathroom with no sound insulation, ludicrous situation where you can lie on the bed and see your partner in the wardrobe mirror on the lavatory.Nespresso machine with lots of wrapping and cups too small for the coffee which comes out and runs all over the place.Room has bottle opener, glasses and a fridge but NO corkscrew and the management refused to open a bottle of wine unless we paid 5 euro.
