Liked: Great front desk staff. Excellent bar and restaurant! Excellent and organized airport shuttle. Rooms were very clean and spacious
Disliked: The lack of air conditioning. Rooms very warm with windows open.

Metro Close By To Madrid...

Liked: So close to the metro to easily get in to Madrid City Centre. Free shuttle which we made use of and it was on time to get us to the airport the following morning. Wonderful quiet location. Comfortable bed. Food good in the restaurant and not over priced. Staff lovely.

Great for airport

Liked: Very clean, comfortable room with huge bed and large dressing room/bathroom. well soundproofed. Location - very close to metro station. Shuttle service to and from the airport
Disliked: Booked an executive room, but there wasn't even a bottle of water supplied and no proper cups for the coffee machine, just tiny paper ones that were too small.
