Comfortable hotel in CDMX

Liked: It's a good location, two blocks from Doctores Metro, and in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff are friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with even with my very limited Spanish. Good food can be had in the lobby. The room was big and comfortable. It's an older hotel that provides good value for money.
Disliked: The wifi is a little unreliable and the room could get hot but there's a good fan.

I will stay here again.

Liked: Quiet, clean, close to the places we needed to visit, big room, excellent value.
Disliked: It was rainy season, there was many mosquitoes, but I just purchased an aromatic repellent, plug it in, and problem fixed.

Disappointing and sad vibe, though...

Liked: Beds and rooms are big and clean
Disliked: Hotel is actually a Motel, with a very sad athmosphere, all very dark and purple. The neighbourhood was very unispiring as well and felt unsafe. I didn’t like the vibe so much that I moved to another hotel after the furst night. I guess if you’re on a budget, it does the trick. But def not a place to stay more tha. 2 nights.
