Liked: Clean, excellent location and not loud at night despite being so central

Liked: The location is was central, close to all the main tourist objectives.
Disliked: The room was dirty, the sheets unwashed and tinted and the bathroom looked like a 80’s one. The pictures on booking definitely don’t match the reality.

Liked: Could you tell us a little more? For example: "location", "breakfast", and "room"The location was very good central to everything.Breakfast was very poor, the cheapest quality of ingredients, based on a "school holiday camp" system, what was put out was used and not replenished, so those who came late had only what was left. The coffee was dreadful the machine and the room were poorly maintained and not cleaned. We witnessed the staff setting up for the next days breakfast on the same used table cloths used during the breakfast session. The Hight of dissatisfaction came on Sunday morning when the staff started aggressively announcing that the restaurant was now closed and every one should finish and leave. This cleanliness and staff attitude can only be the result of poor management issues.The room had vinyl floors which seemed to attract the long black hair from the previous guest. Our summary would be that the Hotel could sell all-day long to 1 visit tourists and the standards are not important to the footfall.

Liked: All was good.
Disliked: Once door’s card-key stopped working, but this was fixed within 10 minutes and we got to museum according to plan.Breakfast is below average.

Would recommend. Great staff. Clean.

Liked: Good spot, but right in the middle of tourist stuff (tough to escape in Florence).
Disliked: Noise outside - but not terrible. Property is nice.

Disliked: Pictures on booking are a bit misleading. We were in an older part of the hotel (not renovated), and the fancy decor picture are nothing like what we got.Very small bathroom and badly ventilated.

Liked: The hotel is located near the Duomo de Florence, few steps away from the Palazzo della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio.The staff was very helpful ,professional .We had a large room with a nice king bed.
