Nice hotel, comfy beds, but...

Liked: Decor was cool, beds and pillows very comfy
Disliked: I forgot an item in the room after I checked out, called back the same day and no one bothered to get back to me. They had me fill out a form that wasted my time and they did not return my item. Even though I called the SAME day, it would have been easy to retrieve so all I can wonder now is if someone stole my belongings.I put in extra effort by waiting downstairs to ensure the front desk woman was safe when there was a domestic situation going on near midnight, I also left cash tip in the room for the maid. But no one from the hotel could bother to just put my item in an envelope and mail it back to me.

Liked: The room was really small and we didn’t have tea/ coffee facilities in our room - there was a coffee machine in reception but not a kettle in each room. The hotel’s music theme was brilliant but we had a room at the front of the property which plays music outside throughout the day and night, making it harder to sleep. The hotel was in a good location and was very central and the staff were helpful.
