Liked: The staff were extremely courteous and the overall customer service exceptional . We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and also on a daily basis . Close to the Arc de Triomphe and champs élysées . Beds were very comfortable
Disliked: Nothing

Súper comfy bed and pillows

Liked: The bed was PERFECT !!! Seriously, it was comfy, supportive, and smelled good. The pillows were soft but at the same time offered good support for my neck (I am used to orthopedic pillows, so I am very picky). And the room was soundproof.

Liked: Its close to all the shopping.
Disliked: The room I stayed in was a junior suite. However, it was small and an odd layout. The bathroom had a large bathtub without any curtains and a hand held shower head. No way to take a shower. I tried and spilled water all over the floor. Not ideal.The elevator was interesting. Super narrow and could only fit 2 adults if they are thin. Thankfully, my spouse and I are thin enough to fit and needed to since our room was on the 5th floor.

Liked: I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The room was absolutely gorgeous – every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the comfort level was unmatched. The location is simply perfect, offering easy access to all the hotspots and metro while still feeling like a peaceful retreat.What truly made the stay exceptional was the amazing staff. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. This hotel combines convenience and outstanding service – I can’t recommend it enough!”
