Liked: Everything was fantastic! The team was incredibly helpful, and the apartment's location couldn't be better—it's super close to the city center and just a short walk from the Mastino Main hotel.

Perfect location to explore Verona

Liked: The location was perfect to walk anyone within central Verona, and only 15 minutes walk from the train station. The continental breakfast was a plentiful bounty to fuel you every morning, The rooms were clean, and cleaned every day with fresh towels and the bed made up. The staff were friendly and helpful, even prior to the trip helping with airport transfers. The room was spacious and comfortable, with reasonable sized ensuite shower room.
Disliked: The room had a mini bar but no coffee making facilities, however there was a cafe next door to the hotel.

Lovely apartment for a family...

Liked: We had an apartment just by the river - not in the main hotel. There were five of us and the apartment worked well. The reception staff were lovely and helpful.
Disliked: We had booked a carpark - which was very secure, although the process of dropping off the bags and parking the car and getting the hotel van to the apartment was a little fraught.
