Disliked: there was no lift for the second floor nor a person to help us to carry the baggages upstairs. The are condition didn t work when the temperature was 37 degree celsius.

An enjoyable all round experience...

Liked: Hotel has comfortable attractive rooms and spacious grounds with good pool.Very good food served in a courtyard.
Disliked: Access is down a very bumpy road. Very steep stairs to our room. There was a pool bar but not operating even though hotel was busy.

Liked: Beautiful location and grounds.The swimming pool is a real plus which we enjoyed a lot. The staff is also really nice!
Disliked: Housekeeping could be better. The bathroom was not cleaned during our stay, just the bed was made.Breakfast could also be included in the price or offered at a lower price.

Disliked: No elevator, shower too small and inconvenient for my 80+ year mother which was not clear from the room description. Staff oké but not super friendly

Liked: Lovely people, fantastic quiet location, great breakfasts and gastro dinners. Jeanne, Baptiste and Romalia were all great and so friendly. When a thunderstorm hit during al fresco dining the staff moved us indoors with the minimum of fuss and continued with service. Exceptional.
Disliked: Coffee machine made very weak coffee, American style!!! Free wifi was horrible because it knocked the connection of every few minutes and obliged you to put all your details in again before being reconnected. Staff couldn't help with this. These are petty complaints to show how little there was to dislike.
