Pleasant
Liked: Lots of it was luxurious and in line with the price tag. But at $600 plus per night you need to get the little things a bit better.
Disliked: Running out of toilet paper.The stink of garbage bins by the pool.The power of the air conditioner (couldn’t quite go cold enough).

Aesthetically appealing and enjoyable, however...
Liked: We loved the downstairs dining area, especially of a morning. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, and there was always a wide range to choose from. In our room, the bedding was very comfortable and the blackout blinds were a 10/10. The bathroom was spacious, and we loved the overall vibe.
Disliked: Especially of a morning, you could very clearly hear the lobby and often the outside hallway - as the downstairs restaurant opens at 7, noise was incoming from about 6:30 with the staff setting up. This wasn't overly pleasant when you're trying to sleep in. Whilst the lighting in the room sets a nice vibe if you're wanting to relax, it's convenience when you are attempting to do your makeup/have adequate light is low, as the outside balcony doesn't allow for a lot of natural light to come in (on the first floor). In addition, although all the staff were lovely and helpful, on the two occasions that we ordered oysters, we had to wait almost 30 mins (once was due to the waiter not putting our order through properly). The last thing is the hotel only allows for you to use the elevator; there is only one elevator, to be shared across the hotel, and it often caused minor delay.
