Great trip and great hotel...

Liked: Loved the facilities. The bar and breakfast restaurant were great.
Disliked: It would have been good if there was more hot food variety like sausages. Also in the rooms a hand or body lotion would also be appreciated.

Best people ever

Liked: The staff!!!! The people in this hotel are wonderful. They always had a smile and sincerely cared about our welfare. From the front desk to the bell staff to the restaurant staff, everyone could not have been nicer. The next time we are in Lisbon we will stay with you.
Disliked: I can't think of a thing we would change

Excellent place to spend a...

Liked: Modern hotel with a very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms had all that you would need including tea/coffee. Well equipped bathroom with hot powerful shower. Verbena body wash & hair products was a nice addition. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. You could also dine in the hotel at night. Very good position for access to transport and the hop on hop off tourism bus routes.
Disliked: Only negative factor for me was that the bed was too firm for my liking.
