Liked: The property is located in Chinatowm surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Its very close to Palacio de Bellas Artes and a 12 min walk to Plaza Garibaldi. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful. We were able to check in early for one of two rooms that we had in our reservation. We were also able to leave our luggage in storage after check out while we shopped before it was time to go to the airport. I also loved that check out time was until 1 pm so we were able to get some extra rest on our last day.
Disliked: The only things I didn’t like was that the rooms were a bit small and our toilet was very hard to flush for some reason.

Not recommended at all

Liked: It was a bad experience, we got robbed with a delivery, we asked the hotel for the recordings as their receptionist was involved, but they never call back to us or say anything about it, the delivery company is still telling us that the receptionist takes the delivery.

I will be back!
