Liked: All was good. I paid a bit more than usually, so for me the room was super comfortable, modern and clean. The hotel location is great.

Good hotel in the center

Liked: The hotel is very clean and it is close to the historic center. Customer service is very friendly. They have a good restaurant with good prices.
Disliked: The customer service doesn't speak English (only single words).The internet in the room where we stayed barely worked on phones.Maybe this is not a standard in Mexico (i do not know) but we did not have bottled water or kettle in the room.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: On arriving at this property I was given a room with no window. This was unacceptable. There is no information on the website disclosing this information. If I known this I would not have booked this hotel. I refused the room without a window and was offered an alternative. The new room only had a bed big enough for one person. As I was travelling with my husband this was also unacceptable. Fortunately, I had a friend staying there who agreed to take the room with the small bed and she gave us her room which had a window and a bed of acceptable size. If not for my friend I would have had to find alternative accommodation as the reception staff said they had no other rooms available. They refused to refund my money despite not supplying the type of room I had booked. Their attitude was rude and offhand. If not for my friend I would have incurred considerable extra expense.

It was an excellent stay.

Liked: The hotel was extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient. We would certainly stay there again.
Disliked: The hotel has some problems with internet connectivity while we were there. It was not fully resolved while we were there.
