It is a lovely hotel...

Liked: In this particular occasion, I would like to thank warmly Ms. Houda at the Reception Desk. I had an issue with the safe in my room and she resolved immediately and effectively. This allowed me to do the sightseeing of the day with peace of mind. Thank you Ms. Houda, and keep up the good work!
Disliked: Nothing in particular.

What one expects, except for...

Liked: Room was clean and in good working order (e.g. bathroom, lights, etc.). Staff was professional, friendly, and eager to help. They made the best impression on me.
Disliked: Internet was horrible, due to excessive filtering by the provider chosen. They even blocked the Internet Archive, which is like a library for the Internet. Absolutely horrendous, as a practice.
