Disliked: Long story short. We had drunk students loitering in front of our room all night and the reception did nothing to deal with it. We also woke up to no power and when we went to the front desk there was no one not even a note.

Clean, comfortable room.

Liked: The room was very clean with comfortable beds. It looks like it was also recently renovated. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. For friends and family traveling in or through Quebec I will recommend this hotel.

Liked: Suited our needs fine. Clean hotel with friendly staff.
Disliked: The breakfast options were less than desirable, but what you can expect for a free continental breakfast. Tea and coffee were cold in the carafes and no staff around.

Disliked: Breakfast buffet limited and not all options available if you are joining after a bus group leaving.

Excellent

Liked: This is one of the best hotels in quebec. The rooms are clean a cozy. The fridge is big with little freezer. Perfect area near national park. We are coming every year and only booking this hotel. Plus mini breakfast is included.

Nicely located but room service...

Liked: The rooms are big, the hotel is right next to the highway.
Disliked: No room service, the breakfast is bad (no fresh vegetables, everything pre-packed, bread is not good).
