Very comfortable, welcoming staff

Liked: Staff was amazing and gracious about our early check-in. We loved our room- well-sized especially for Paris and very comfortable. Wish we had more time to stay there, honestly.

Loved that the hotel was...

Liked: Staff was amazing. Facility super clean!! Beds comfy. Room very small no view. Didn’t like that the restaurant wasn’t open for coffee or snacks on Sunday and Monday mid day.

Good location and comfortable rooms

Liked: We loved the location of the hotel, the staff was amazing and the food for breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: We were disappointed that we did not receive the room request that we had placed when we made the booking. We were also disappointed that the roof terrace was closed. That was one of the main reasons that we booked this hotel.

An exceptional hotel with great...

Liked: The hotel is located within a 2 minute walk of the Champs-Elysees and the metro system and an easy walk to both the Eiffel Tower and the Louve Museum. The staff were truly excellent and could not have been more helpful or accomodating. A special callout to Veronica and her collegue on the front desk that greeted us on our arrival, they could not have been more friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. If/when we return to Paris this will be our first choice for accomodation.
Disliked: There was nothing that could have been improved.
