We enjoyed the hotel and...

Liked: The details of the hotel were beautiful, very antique and unique.
Disliked: We did not get to enjoy the pool of the hotel because it closed at 10 pm. I think closing it at midnight would be ideal.

Would come back!

Liked: The beds are super comfortable and is across a shopping mall and 10 mins walking distance from USA consulate and CAS. Food is really good and cheap at the hotel and includes the breakfast.Great amenities to hang out and pool.
Disliked: Pillows are not comfortable but really clean, I think they wash them every time. The carpet and others...not that much.Try to get a room far from the open space in reception and restaurant because it is really noisy and you smell everything.I was in 2nd floor (is the first floor)TV is an issue.The shower barely has pressure.

Liked: The property was fine, including the location
Disliked: This is our third fourth day at this hotel and every time that we stay there, the phone never works. The TV is hard to use always shows up as an error. Call the front desk to let them know they sent someone to fix but every time we turn the TV on, we need someone to be there to fix it for us because there’s always a error last time they sent no one to fix it so we were in the room without any entertainment because we couldn’t Manage to watch TV.

Liked: Excellent service! We spent a week here and they made us feel like home… it’s close to the consulate, a 5 min walk, and has very good breakfast and lunch…

Disliked: One of the night workers did not want to change some pesos for the candy machines and my son told him if he had water bottles and did not give him one
