Liked: The restaurant food was very good. The location was perfect and the pool deck was really nice. I also liked the fitness facility.
Disliked: I did not like the front desk staff. They were not at all friendly or hospitable. They appeared bothered to be working there. I tried to avoid asking them any questions because they made me feel very uncomfortable and they were not at all approachable. I asked one of them when I was checking in if they recommended the restaurant at the hotel and I was told there were better restaurants to eat at. I tried it anyways, and loved the food.I was not given my invoice when I checked out and was told it would be emailed to me. I checked out on January 18th and have still not received my invoice as of January 26th. Why do I have to go out of my way to follow up with them to get a copy of my invoice!!!!!

It was okay

Liked: The hotel is well located, and cleanliness was as expected.
Disliked: I didn't appreciate that 18% gratuity is automatically added to all orders (drinks, meals, room service, etc). Financially speaking, a tip of nearly 20% is a lot of money especially for a family of 4. Perhaps the hotel should reconsider salaries for employees and not rely on the tips from the guests to make up for the shortages. Overall, I didn't feel I got value for the money - room rates, resort rate excessively high.

We are considering another trip...
