The location was great. Everything...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The cost of the supposed room upgrade. Upon entering it didn’t feel clean, there were no trash cans in the room just one in the bathroom. The room was lacking the feel it should have had for the cost. Food was expensive for the amount given. Ordered fries that were $10. What we received was about half a potato. Potatoes are so cheap. Not very balanced. We were supposed to get two complimentary drinks and the guy didn’t seem to understand us so he charged us $24 anyways. My husband wasn’t interested in trying to communicate with him. He was snotty with us and gave several faces.

Liked: Restaurant and Bar are awful. The bar smells like a dirty bar service is very slow. The restaurant was out of half of the very small breakfast items. We were not told that sat down ordered 2 diet cokes that came in 2 small cheap plastic cups then when we went to order were informed of the menu deficiency so decided to leave when I did I was handed a bill for 12.50 for the 2 Diet Cokes in the small cheap plastic cups. If it was not for the restaurant and bar issues we would probably be back every year.

Great. Love it! Location, plenty...

Liked: The hotel was within a short walk to the beach. The room was beautiful. I picked the one overlooking the waterfront. There is a bar/lounge downstairs and a Starbucks. Plenty of restaurants on Ocean blvd. I was lucky to be there for the outdoor markets on Saturday. Plenty of vendors with unique gifts. Good food and live music.

Decent place to stay, great...

Liked: Loved the location since you could walk to a lot of places and didn’t need a car. Disappointed a little with the room, especially since it was a higher priced hotel. TV didn’t work the first night. Showers were cold all week. They claimed you had to run the water for 20 minutes to get it to heat up however, it still didn’t. Housekeeping couldn’t speak English so it was hard to communicate with them. Had to call the desk several times to make sure room got restocked with towels, etc. Need more lounge chairs at the pool.

Disliked: Restaurant, very loud on the street.
