Conveniently located near the Bologna...

Liked: Convenient and very close to the Bologna train station, easy to find and access, new, clean, and modern facilities. Annalisa is very kind and welcoming and she has a lovely and friendly smile.
Disliked: I was told that the room I booked did not come with the "Italian breakfast" that is advertised throughout their booking.com site. I was told that it would cost an additional €7 if I wanted breakfast. I was charged € 132/night instead of €70/night because of an "exhibition" that had taken place during my 2 night stay. I was charged an additional €10 for city taxes. There is no telephone in the room and there is no 24/7 reception. From 20:00 until 8:00 the next day, you're on your own. As a solo traveller, this is a safety and security issue.
