Superb

Liked: Good location - metro is right outside as well as grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. Balcony made the room, without the balcony it’s a little dated and the shower head needs cleaning as there’s a lot of buildup and water sprays everywhere. Overall a nice place and an enjoyable stay

Loved Paris, hotel vet clean...

Liked: Excellent location - staff friendly. Room and bathroom nice, would stay again
Disliked: Would be nice to have a few English tv channels but was out all the time. Iron would have been good and very slightly bigger room

All staff we encountered were...

Liked: The location is perfect. right next to a metro. About 30-40 minute walk to many of the Parisian attractions (but you could also use the metro and bus). It is in a great area for getting food in the evening, in a very busy neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants (which meant it felt very safe at all times). We didn't have any breakfast so can't comment on that. It is right across from a supermarket (and there are loads in the area also) if you prefer to get your own lunches. The sweets by the door are a lovely touch.
Disliked: There was some road noise, as it is a busy road, but it did not affect sleep too much, but you could hear the occasional ambulance or police passing. The room is small but not uncomfortably so, and is what would be expected in a Paris central hotel.
