Disliked: We didn’t get much sleep over the 2 night stay as we were in the basement room right underneath the reception area and the noise was constant

Liked: From the time that we checked in until we checked out we were looked after by the staff. We were allowed to check in early but normal check in time is 1500. Friendly staff and accommodating of our requests. Room was spacious and the only facility missing was a fridge. Breakfast available for a fee. Room had a double bed and a single bed and a large window overlooking the canal. Rooms are cleaned on request for sustainability purposes and toiletries are available in the room.
