All in all pleasant experience...

Liked: The room had a lot of space and it was very clean. The personnel was kind and helpful.
Disliked: Shower area in the bathroom isn't very comfortable. The breakfast can be improved.

Liked: Everything was elegant! The room was clean, comfort and silent with perfect decoration and warm lighting. The breakfast was fresh and of high quality and wide variety served at the spacious lounge under a glass pyramid dome. The location is perfect and easily accessible by tram while it is close to Luise metro station and Midi train station. The gentle personel at reception and lounge is friendly and warmly polite. I would stay at Manos Family Hotel again in the future.

Liked: I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. The location is ideal. My room was immaculate and very well-appointed, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel itself was generally fine, with a very clean environment and convenient amenities. Check-in was smooth, and the staff seemed polite and welcoming.
Disliked: I had booked a superior room with two single beds since I was sharing the room with a colleague. However, upon arriving late, we were given a smaller room with a double bed instead. It wasn’t until we went to sleep that we realized the error, and unfortunately, we couldn’t address it due to the late hour and language barriers. The next morning, when we checked out, I noticed we were charged the same price as the superior room I had booked, despite not receiving what we had paid for. The staff working during checkout wasn’t the same as the one who checked us in, so I didn’t want to create an issue for someone else. Overall, this experience left me quite dissatisfied.
