Liked: Stayed here in 2017, completely renovated gorgeous the location is fabulous, gorgeous views of the St. Lawrence River, the Frontenac world-famous hotel and in the center of Quebec City. Staff was courteous, professional, and the hotel was just immaculate.
Disliked: Nothing

Overall, a pleasant stay.

Liked: Excellent location and friendly, very helpful staff.
Disliked: We requested two double beds and did not expect one of it was a pull down bed from wall, resulting in almost no room to get pass by the pull down bed to waahroom and doorway. We ended up moving furniture around to create a pathway. Also we did not know how to pull down the bed. Fortunately, the staff was helpful and came to help pull the bed down.
