Cozy Hotel in Quebec

Liked: The location is the best, the rooftop view, the staff, next the breakfast and the cleanliness of the whole hotel and our room.
Disliked: They don't provide bedroom slippers , also I was expecting a view from our room but we were on the GF room beside the road. I woke up earlier than the usual because of the truck sound by the window

Lovely hotel for a few...

Liked: Friendly and warm welcome, helpful when it came to sorting out a late checkout and a taxi to the station at short notice. Great location and beautiful views from the front of the hotel. Very reasonable prices. We didn't try breakfast, so cannot comment.

I will be a repete...

Liked: I love this place and the people are awesome!

Disappointing

Disliked: The room is not as advertised, we were assigned room 501 - king deluxe This room is next to reception and can hear everything. The room had cheap vinyl flooring which was not comfortable considering the snow and wet floor & no brick wall. We switched to room 305 which was a double bed & reception didn’t correct it.
