Liked: The location of this hotel, just inside the Old Quebec City wall, was ideal for walking to EVERYTHING. And the rooms were VERY quiet.. even with very loud NYE evemts happening nearby, we couldn't hear a thing. The interior wooden window shutters helped. Loved the floor to ceiling windows with a place to sit to watch the people below.
Disliked: The ONLY two things I did not like was the breakfast and the bathtub. Very tight seating in the diningroom and the staff does not let you help yourself to the continental breakfast. After our 1st experience, we opted for other great breakfast places within minutes of the hotel.Also.. the bathtub was extremely small. Probably more ideal for a person shorter than 4'

Liked: Location, staff, room, everything was beyond great, we’re sure that we will book again here.
Disliked: Everything was absolutely perfect ! The only thing that I think needs a little bit improvement is that at sometimes the room was a little bit cold.

Exceptional property for walking distance...

Liked: Unbelievable proximity to both old Quebec and Quebec City. And the friendliness of all staff. They were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast being included was also a nice touch as was the variety.
Disliked: Not really anything I didn’t “like” but rather could have used a bit more room space with larger hanging closet.

Liked: Everything was good. The beds are quite comfortable.
