Liked: Breakfast was great. Staff was incredibly nice. Location was great. Offsite parking was a little tricky.
Disliked: Offsite parking was a little tricky. Needed a little more explaining. Wasn’t fully explained to us and had to buy a parking ticket, and pay for it, and go back to the hotel and get another explanation, and then move our car again.

Stellar.

Liked: Thoughtful and kind staff, who greet visitors from all over the world. Staff is knowledgeable, most are bilingual, somespeak 3 languages. Each had a strong knowledge of the region and recommended activities and natural sights, forvisitors to see. The staff is excellent, each individual is a leader, and take the initiative in service and creating a welcoming experience.Each staff member could teach a "Masterclass in Hotel Management".
