Another wonderful stay in Old...

Liked: Great location in Old City. Easy to get to anywhere. Breakfast is excellent--fresh and appetizing. This is our second stay in this hotel in the past six months. Wonderful people work there.
Disliked: The new parking arrangements are a bit of a hassle, and I thought the parking a bit on the expensive side (although not as expensive as NYC, I must say).

Liked: Sue at the front desk was genuinely nice and sweet
Disliked: Don't take room # 2. Noisy. And there's cold air get in from the window. The they gave was not the one I select. They said sometimes the the picture doesn't represent what actual room like. So what the purpose to select than? I stayed 3 years ago with them and it was great but not this time.

Liked: Friendliness & efficiency of staff - wow - 10/10!!
Disliked: The breakfast really disappointed us because it should have featured a freshly cooked eggs & bacon option not pre-made, and possible frozen egg & bacon in a sandwich. Room #3 was FREEZING

Excellent place. I would stay...

Liked: Cozy, comfortable beds, nice people, excellent coffee, breakfast available was pretty good, onsite bar convenient.
Disliked: Adjusting heat in my room was not working and it was a little warm for sleeping.
