Won't come back
Liked: Good location to Rome center
Disliked: The bed linens were changed but still dirty and not clean, raising hygiene concerns. At check-out, we were surprised to be charged daily “tips” in addition to the standard city taxes. The air conditioner only worked as a heater (not cooler), which wasn’t mentioned in the property list.

Great location / 24 hr...
Liked: Location is amazing. Only 5 min walk to Trevi Fountain. Lots of restaurants and bakeries near by. And a little grocery store right next to the hotel, that's open until 9 or 10 pm, so you can buy water and other needs there. Room was a bit small, but very clean, and beds were comfortable. Reception is open 24 hrs, and people working there were very helpful. The hotel does charges tip on the final receipt, at the end of the stay, but since I already left the tip in the room, for the cleaning lady, I asked the receptionist to remove that fee. this was optional anyways.
