The money that was blocked...

Disliked: We paid the money by cash when we arrived at the hotel. However, one 3rd of the money was blocked from the credit card. During our stay at the hotel, we reported this situation to the receptionists. They very confidently said that this blockade will be lifted within 7 to 10 working days. However, since October 21, the blocked amount displayed as ‘pending transactions’ for credit card expenses. THIS IS VERY ANNOYING!!!!!!!Maybe they can see from here and help!!!

A perfect stay - but...

Liked: It was clean and very well located. A stone throw away from the Louvre.

Perfect hotel in a perfect...

Liked: The location of the hotel was just perfect, very clean and decently sized rooms, Fabio at the reception was so kind and helpful. Also the hotel had 2 elevators, one big and one smaller one which is great when you have bigger sized luggages

Perfect accommodation, staff, breakfast, location!

Liked: Location is great. Near Louvre and easy access to the main landmarks. Staff was effective and kind. Big highlight to Fabio at the reception. Breakfast was delicious, good variety. The open bar and free beverages in the room were an amazing treat. We travelled as a couple, so other peoples’ experience might differ. I recommend 100% and would stay again.
