Liked: Close proximity to central train station and metro …Anna the host was great in our late check in caused by the train strike… great communication in welcoming our short stay…
Disliked: Couldn’t find thermostat or control of temperature in room… no coffee or beverages offered…

Liked: In a central position yet quiet thanks to the windows; sparkling clean; perfect water pressure.
Disliked: The room is essential and quite small, but it's inevitable due to the central location in Milan. Not advisable for people with accessibility issues.

Disliked: Wouldnt recommend , very noisy (like you would know if someone entered the hotel) , some of reception workers didnt bother to try and speak english. Didnt seem a good neighborhood . Room was very tight

Positive surprise, very nice hotel!

Liked: Perfectly clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner was very welcoming, friendly, offered to leave our luggage in the storage room, we were also able to use the sanitary facilities many hours after we officially checked out. Surprisingly high standard for a one-star hotel.
Disliked: everything was great
