Liked: Lovely hotel located very centrally in Brugge, hosts were great and room was large, would stay here again.
Disliked: Bathroom could be modernised however completely useable in its current state.

Liked: Eva was extremely helpful giving us advice on where to go in Bruges and some excellent restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was fabulous and I'd go back for that alone! Also the location is perfect - right in the centre.

Liked: Close to the action of center town. Friendly staff and clean. The pop up bar was fun and breakfast was very good.

Liked: I liked the continental breakfast, very good selection of local products a little expensive in my opinion. I liked the location can be better just in the heart of brugge.
Disliked: I didn't like the installations a little bit out of modernism, the bathroom is too small, bed isn't comfortable, lighs are too low.

Disliked: Would have appreciated a bit larger selection/options for breakfast. Although everything offered was very fresh and delicious.

Fantastic location and a warm,...

Liked: This historic building is in a Fantastic, quiet location in the heart of Bruges. Easy to nip back to for a rest or to drop shopping. Eva gave us a warm welcome and helpfully highlighted the locations of the Christmas Markets and light trail for us. I recommend reading the information file in the room. As well as a short history of the building there are a list of local businesses for waffles, chocolates and others.
Disliked: A minor point but they could do with providing a few more teabags in the room.

Great find in the heart...

Liked: The communication ahead of our stay and welcome on arrival was excellent. the room was very nicely done with lovely touches like local chocolates. location was also excellent, very close to everything but due to the lack of cars generally in the city very quiet and relaxing.
Disliked: the bathroom is probably due an upgrade, would have liked more pillows, and there was a lot of noise when the kitchen team arrived at 6AM.
