Liked: The room was large and spacious with nice large windows overlooking the street. We didn’t hear any noise from outside which was nice. Eva was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. She helped make reservations for dinner and told us about areas of Bruges we should definitely see. She was a great hostess.
Disliked: I have nothing to say. The property was so nice.

A great place to stay...

Liked: The receptionist was very welcoming without being over the top. She gave us some good advice on places to go to. We really liked how old the building was. Its location was perfect, just a short stroll to everywhere we wanted to visit. We enjoyed being able to cook our own boiled eggs.
Disliked: I don't think that there was anything we didn't like.

Superb location, extremely kind hosts...

Liked: Super kind hosts! We requested a bottle to be kept cold and they offered to do so, and additionally leave it in the room with glasses. Also we loved the breakfast and think that more hotels should copy their ideas to reduce our carbon footprint 💚

Liked: The location was fantastic & you had no idea it was so central once inside the hotel.Very welcoming helpful owners, Eva was lovely,Rooms were great, very clean & comfortable.Breakfast was much appreciated - only vegetarian available.We really enjoyed our stay.Thanks for putting up with us!

Great Location, Building matches the...

Liked: The location is extraordinary. Location can not be any better.The staff are so friendly and trying their best although they are not professionals like what you find in big hotels, it is more like staying with a nice family.Hotel building is historical. Renovation is done in a way that it feels right and comfy yet has not destroyed the historical feeling.Not noisy.There's a cozy tiny backyard that felt good to sit while waiting.
Disliked: No elevators, although it wasn't expected at a hotel this historical.It is rather a small hotel, so breakfast is not super luxury; though acceptable.A parking is mentioned in the hotel overview but in fact it is a public underground parking with a 6 minute walk on cobblestone to it.
