Pleasant stay close to the...

Liked: Close to the centre. Kept in good order.
Disliked: If you get a room facing the street it can be quite noisy. I was lucky to get a room facing the back of the hotel. My friends got rooms towards the street and complained about the noise.

Liked: Great location. Very kind and helpful staff, gifted a couple of Pastel de nata upon departure
Disliked: Moisture, humidity, mildew. Maybe because of massive rains before.Very dark room. Lacking bulbs?TV set showed nothing except 'Bad Signal'Very poor breakfast. They never serve eggs.

Liked: Comfortable rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful, Juliana, Sofia, Riccardo and Alfonso were always disposable to answer any kind of request. Central location.

Disliked: We were given a rooms next to elevator, and it was quite noisy because of that.Breakfast quality should be improved
