Liked: Everything. Spotless clean and friendly staff. Very responsive, too. Nice big bedroom with high ceiling. The bedroom was warm when it was freezing cold outside. I really enjoyed having a shower - plenty of water with really good pressure which genuinely helped me relax and decompress from a very stressful day. Really good experience overall despite the circumstances (cancelled flights that made us stay in Krakow)
Disliked: The bathroom was super small - I struggled to fit through the cabin to get in the shower. Long way to the room from the reception which involved some unavoidable steps. Breakfast selection was so and so. Reception area could do with some refurbishment. Apart from these, the hotel is really good.

It was terrible.
Disliked: Our family had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. At night, when my wife, child and I were already asleep, at about 00.35, someone entered our room using a duplicate key. My wife was very scared, and I woke up only when the uninvited guest had already left and was closing the door behind him. When I left the room a few minutes later, a hotel employee with the name "Monica" on her badge was coming out of the room opposite and further down the corridor. She tried to explain to me that she had entered my room by mistake because she (allegedly) wanted to check the boiler before some guests arrived. But there was no boiler in my room, and the room with which this hotel employee "confused" mine was located about 8 meters further down the corridor and on its opposite side. These explanations did not make it any clearer to me how a hotel employee could confuse such different numbers and break into the home of a family with a child in the middle of the night. I demand an explanation of this whole situation from the hotel management and ask Booking.com to also conduct an investigation and punish this hotel for violating the privacy of the guests' home. I could call the police and they would take my side, because this is an outrageous violation of the privacy of the home. Especially at night. My wife was very scared and did not get enough sleep. And the next day, when we were going to visit the city museums, was ruined.

Perfect winter wonderland
Liked: The location was super, staff were all so friendlyAnd knowledgable with plenty of recommendations, excellent breakfast on offer to start the day
Disliked: Only slight problem was one day the lift was out of service a little while and we were on the top floor. But this was minor and didn’t disrupt our stay that much
