Very good

Overall not that bad, renovation...

Liked: The location was very handy. There was free parking with the property. The staff at the reception were very helpful. We had to leave early in the morning and would have missed breakfast so they packed some for us for the way.
Disliked: The whole establishment is very dated and needs renovation. They didn’t have ironing facilities in the room, but when we asked for it, they allocated a room where they set up a table and we had to go there to iron our clothes.The food at the restaurant was nothing great for the price. They were having an event on the day that we arrived and when we went for lunch, they could offer us a limited menu only. While ordering we were told that the beef steak came with a side of french fries and the squid came with a side of salad. However when we went to pay, they added extra charges for each and said that the waited didn’t know but the sides were not included. And the sides weren’t cheap either. €7 for fries is definitely over- priced!

Very good

Liked: There is a very well-equipped gym for weight training. There are a couple of running machines too but not a lot of cardio equipment. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was perfectly comfortable. Excellent barista-made coffee at breakfast and decent selection of breakfast options.
Disliked: The hotel was situated south of the city which meant the only way in and out of the city was by taxi. There were no public transport options.

Not very Majesty

Liked: Hotel was clean, easy to find and free parking. Needed somewhere for 1 night easy access from Bari airport.
Disliked: Arrived at 10.30pm, bar and restaurant closed, only a vending machine for drinks, bed very hard, breakfast was just average.

Liked: The rooms are fine.
Disliked: Restaurant only open for two hours in the evening and not on Sundays.Bar is the same, hardly open.

Acceptable, but not 4-star quality.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff. Clean. Good bathroom, good breakfast.
Disliked: The room was small and very bare. I'm no fan of hotel kitsch, but it did slightly look like a hospital room. It was moderately noisy, as the hotel is near a major road. The room was terribly impractical, as there were no drawers available, except for two very low shoe drawers in the clothes cabinet. We had to stack things up on the table. The breakfast, as said, was good, and the staff was extremely helpful. I understand that hotels have to fight against squandering of food, but the cheese and salami trays were always almost empty (they did replenish then, though). It looked like a canteen just before closing time. Not the atmosphere of abundance you would expect from a 4-star place.
