Great location and comfortable room

Liked: The hotel is well-located, near enough to the old port but not in the middle of all the tourists. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The staff was extremely helpful in giving suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. While they do not provide parking on the premises, there is a car park less than a block away with reasonable prices.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The hotel is centrally located. closed to the old port.The breakfast courtyard is perfect (weather permitting).
Disliked: The room was very small but ok.The bathroom though was very very small and inadequate. Water was coming out of the shower during bath.

Good value for money in...

Liked: The Hotel is a great place to stay in the center of Marseille. The price is reasonable while the rooms are acceptable. The shared space is super nice but disconnected from the buildings of the rooms.
Disliked: The building of rooms could have more dedication and the shower could be improved. No water available in the room.

Nice but can be better

Liked: Location was very good. Room is nice, clean and enough space.
Disliked: The hotel consists of three separate buildings. When making a reservation, you see the photos of the main building. We stayed in a building across the street and in a room on the ground floor. They told us they gave us a ground-floor room because we had luggage, but the windows faced other room’s windows and being on the ground floor made us feel a bit uneasy. Staying in the main building would have been much nicer. The hotel felt more like an Airbnb room than an actual hotel. The kettle in the room appeared rusty at the bottom, and its lid was broken. We couldn’t understand why they hadn’t replaced such a low-cost item and kept it in that condition. A small coffee machine could have been a better option.

We had a wonderful time...

Liked: The location was quite close to the Old Port and everything was within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious but on the weekend the breakfast room was very crowded. The reception staff were very helpful, especially Julien, who answered all our questions and marked places on our map to show some of the landmarks of Marseille. The only downside was the size of the room, barely big enough for two people with two suitcases.
Disliked: The size of the room.

Liked: the hotel is located very close to the port. Walking distance to shops as well.
Disliked: Breakfast could have more variety. we booked two rooms for two families and we were in two different buildings across the street.
